Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must have a valid Class E driver’s license or be willing to obtain before start
- must have REAL ID prior to start date
- must be able to operate Blood Center vehicles
- physical ability to sit for long periods and perform repeated physical exertion such as reaching, bending, walking, and pushing
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work under 30 hours per week including 3 to 4 days Monday through Friday with every other weekend night shift rotation
- availability to complete first week of training Monday through Friday on first shift
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid Class E driver’s license or willingness to obtain prior to start
- ability to obtain REAL ID before start date
- experience operating commercial or fleet vehicles preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and walking
Job Duties
- prepare for blood product deliveries by verifying orders and loading vehicles to ensure prompt delivery to customers
- drive ImpactLife fleet vehicles in a safe manner
- interact in a positive, friendly, and customer-focused manner with customers
- perform emergency blood product deliveries as needed
- restock blood products at ImpactLife locations
- maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- comply with all safety and regulatory guidelines during deliveries
