Job Duties
- Act as Blo brand ambassador providing first and last impression to guests
- Manage appointment calendar to optimize schedule and maximize bookings
- Use scheduling and booking software proficiently
- Create and maintain a superior guest experience
- Collaborate with hair stylists and beauty technicians in a professional work environment
- Maintain a clean and professional salon environment
- Participate in training and skill advancement activities
