Job Requirements
- must qualify to obtain and maintain a Class "A" gaming license
- must qualify to obtain and maintain a Food Handlers Certificate
- must qualify to obtain and maintain a Tips Certification
- ability to create latte art
- ability to multitask
- ability to offer quality guest service
- ability to work in a very fast-paced operation
- must be able to lift up to 50lb
- capable of working in a safe and clean environment
- capable of performing side work as assigned by supervisors
- willing and capable of following directions from manager at all times
- must be flexible and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- at least two years fast food experience
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide with tens and hundreds
- ability to perform operations using American money and measurement units
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions
- capable of working in a team environment
- fluent in reading and speaking English
Job Duties
- adhere to all rules, policies, and regulations as stated in the Pechanga Team Member Handbook while striving to improve standards of operation
- work as a team player and assist coworkers in achieving goals of outlet
- display knowledge of food and beverage available in Blends
- take guest orders, place them in Micros point-of-sale system, and collect payment
- display accurate knowledge of food and beverage pricing
- follow proper cash handling procedures and maintain the cash drawer
- assist guests in a friendly, professional manner and meet their needs
- restock condiments and supplies
- set and clear tables and chairs according to outlet standards
- sweep and mop floors
- empty trash as needed
- perform other duties as assigned
