Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years’ experience in a GMP production environment
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Intermediate math skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift 60 or more pounds periodically
- Ability to work around liquid and dry chemicals including biological ingredients

Job Duties
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Comply with Sunny Delight Beverage’s policies and procedures
- Maintain a high level of sterile awareness
- Set-up and operate all blending equipment to meet Manufacturing Order instructions per Standard Operating Procedures
- Manage the inspection, unloading, and storage of inbound materials
- Process work orders efficiently and accurately per Manufacturing Order instructions and daily production schedule
- Create production batch samples for Quality Assurance testing
- Add ingredients to the chosen blender and process per production orders
- Calculate quantities, weigh, verify, document, and complete batches
- Blend various juices using mixers, pumps, pipes, hoses, flow meters, and tanks
- Blend various water blends using minerals, salts, and other equipment
- Pack product on pallets and secure for shipping
- Properly disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning following safety guidelines
- Understand all part numbers, lot numbers, and product descriptions as they relate to Manufacturing Order
- Learn and practice Lean Manufacturing to improve efficiency and eliminate waste
- Update and maintain all required logs and paperwork accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Perform any other duties as assigned
