Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Commitment to maintaining food safety standards
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting

Job Duties

Create a welcoming and empowering environment for guests, team, and community
Work cohesively with other team members to achieve departmental goals
Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all Better Blend kitchen stations including Cash, FOH Prep, BOH Prep, and Dish
Maintain nutritional knowledge by completing in-house training and staying up-to-date on any changes
Maintain strong communication with the Better Blend team and contribute to a positive and vibrant work culture
Provide safe, fresh food while delivering genuine hospitality
Ensure consistent quality healthy food for a happier and healthier community
