Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years brewing or manufacturing experience
  • Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts on a rotating 3-2-3-2 schedule
  • Physical ability to manage operational tasks
  • Strong adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to follow and implement batch procedures accurately

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in brewing or manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of base alcohol fermentation and blending processes
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple operations
  • Strong sensory evaluation skills
  • Attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Effective communication and documentation abilities
  • Ability to follow detailed production procedures

Job Duties

  • Conduct base alcohol and blend product sensory evaluation in coordination with sensory lead
  • Work autonomously in base alcohol and blend operations including fermentations, processing, loadout, ISEP operations, and blending final tea, cider, and seltzer product lines
  • Build successful in-spec base alcohol fermentations utilizing specified materials
  • Monitor and maintain fermentation cycles following established temperature profiles and document process changes
  • Coordinate base alcohol processing through centrifuge and filtration operations
  • Manage base alcohol loadout, data management, and communication with customers
  • Deliver 100% in-spec product from ISEP to storage tanks and during batch and in-line blending processes
  • Follow batch sheets and procedures to meet production schedules and maintain product quality
