Job Requirements
- 2+ years brewing experience in the brewing or manufacturing industry
- ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts on a rotating 3-2-3-2 schedule
- capacity for physical work and attention to detail

Job Duties
- Perform base alcohol and blend product sensory evaluation in coordination with sensory lead
- work autonomously in base alcohol and blend operations including fermentations, processing, loadout, ISEP operations, and blending of hard cider, tea, and seltzer product lines
- build successful in-spec base alcohol fermentations by using specified materials
- monitor and maintain fermentation to ensure in-spec product and follow established temperature profiles
- communicate and document process changes and raw material variations
- coordinate base alcohol processing through centrifuge and filtration operations
- manage base alcohol loadout, data management, and customer communication
- deliver 100% in-spec product from ISEP to storage tanks for shipment and blending
- deliver 100% in-spec batch blending of hard cider, tea, and seltzer on time following batch sheets and procedures
- coordinate in-line blending using an in-line blending and pre-blend tote system to feed packaging line
