Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to learn to operate brewing equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Ability to maintain calm and positive demeanor

- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Barista experience preferred but not required
- Customer service skills mandatory
- Knowledge of sanitation practices
- Experience with POS systems
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide world-class coffee and exceptional customer service
- Maintain clean and organized store with enthusiasm and urgency
- Follow all recipe standards and product quality requirements
- Ensure all equipment is operational and report maintenance needs
- Anticipate customer needs and the store environment cues
- Communicate effectively with team and management
- Assist in new team member training and contribute to positive store culture
