Job Requirements
- Proven hospitality experience is preferred
- Previous hotel, luxury, or guest service experience typically acquired in a full-service hotel or comparable hospitality operations experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with local attractions and vendors is a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication with all levels of employees and guests
- High school diploma, general education degree, related field or international equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in English
- Additional languages are always celebrated
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Alaska
- Tap certified
- Food Handlers card

Job Duties
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
- ensuring a seamless check-in
- Establish personal rapport with guests through personalized and authentic interactions
- Ensure discretion and confidentiality when handling guest request
- Anticipate preferences and exceed the needs and expectations of our Club Floor guests
- Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager and all Resort verticals
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all departments before, during and after guest departure
- Provide personalized recommendations and assistance in booking local attractions, dining, entertainment and special events
- Acts as the point of contact for all Club Floor guests
- addressing any concerns immediately with all stakeholders and required leadership
- Ensure the Club Lounge and Club Corridors are always kept immaculate, liaising with Housekeeping team to maintain the ambiance and overall guest experience
- Ensure the timely delivery of morning, afternoon and evening offerings in the Club Lounge
- Quality is paramount in our presentation
