Job Requirements

  • Proven hospitality experience is preferred
  • Previous hotel, luxury, or guest service experience typically acquired in a full-service hotel or comparable hospitality operations experience preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Familiarity with local attractions and vendors is a plus
  • Effective verbal and written communication with all levels of employees and guests
  • High school diploma, general education degree, related field or international equivalent preferred
  • Proficiency in English
  • Additional languages are always celebrated
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Alaska
  • Tap certified
  • Food Handlers card

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
  • ensuring a seamless check-in
  • Establish personal rapport with guests through personalized and authentic interactions
  • Ensure discretion and confidentiality when handling guest request
  • Anticipate preferences and exceed the needs and expectations of our Club Floor guests
  • Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager and all Resort verticals
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all departments before, during and after guest departure
  • Provide personalized recommendations and assistance in booking local attractions, dining, entertainment and special events
  • Acts as the point of contact for all Club Floor guests
  • addressing any concerns immediately with all stakeholders and required leadership
  • Ensure the Club Lounge and Club Corridors are always kept immaculate, liaising with Housekeeping team to maintain the ambiance and overall guest experience
  • Ensure the timely delivery of morning, afternoon and evening offerings in the Club Lounge
  • Quality is paramount in our presentation
