Job Duties
- Maintain log of dish machine and sink sanitizer testing twice each shift
- Keep chemicals stocked, organized, and correctly labeled
- Organize food pans, sheet pans, containers, and their storage shelves
- Keep dish area tidy, consolidating food pans to prevent clutter
- Remove compost, recycling, and trash regularly
- Maintain cleanliness of trash areas including floors and barrels
- Sweep kitchen, walk-in coolers, and freezers throughout the shift
- Execute weekly and daily deep cleaning tasks as assigned
- Mop and scrub kitchen floors nightly according to BK standards
- Follow procedural changes as outlined by dishwasher shift lead
- Perform additional duties as assigned
