Job Requirements
- Education appropriate to position such as a college degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 3 years progressive experience in hotel or related field
- proficiency in Windows and office software
- knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques and relevant health and liquor laws
- ability to work long hours when required
- capacity to exert medium physical work up to 50 pounds
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to listen, understand, and address concerns
- multitasking and prioritizing skills
- adherence to safety and operational standards
- maintain confidentiality
- effectiveness in problem-solving and decision-making
- willingness to attend required meetings and trainings
- maintain regular attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field or a 4-year college degree and at least 3 years of related experience or a 2-year college degree and 4 or more years of related experience
- proficient in Windows, company approved spreadsheets and word processing
- knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions
- attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- comply with company standards and regulations
Job Duties
- Supervise and manage all food and beverage personnel
- respond to guest complaints in a timely manner
- participate in F&B budget, forecasting and monitor department performance
- monitor industry trends to maintain competitive and profitable operations
- coordinate and monitor all phases of loss prevention in the F&B department
- prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner
- ensure compliance with all local liquor laws, and health and sanitation regulations
