Job Duties

  • Greet all guests in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Accurately take, enter, prepare and deliver guest orders according to standards
  • Respond to guest needs and provide high-quality service
  • Operate micros operating system and cash register effectively
  • Follow all cash handling and POS procedures
  • Answer questions about menu items, specials, and prices
  • Prepare food and beverages according to recipes and standards
  • Assist bartender with serving alcoholic beverages following local laws
  • Dispose of garbage, clear and wipe tables and counters
  • Complete required paperwork accurately and timely
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with health regulations
  • Assist with inventory and complete inventory par sheets
  • Adhere to White Lodging grooming and appearance standards
  • Participate in department and hotel meetings
  • Assist with banquet area setup, maintenance, and takedown
