Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to work in extreme temperatures including freezers and kitchens
Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

Food handling certification
Valid Nevada Alcohol Card
Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic cash handling and clerical skills
Commitment to providing exceptional guest service

Job Duties

Take orders for and serve food and beverage requests using suggestive selling techniques
Clear tables during service and ensure quick table turnover
Provide direct service to guests including busing tables and seating guests
Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and maintain cleanliness of dining areas and equipment
Control guest checks and secure proper payment including general clerical/cashier duties
Maintain compliance with food handling certification and Nevada Alcohol Card requirements
Adhere to attendance and scheduling policies and support operational efficiency
