Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures including freezers and kitchens
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • Food handling certification
  • Valid Nevada Alcohol Card
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic cash handling and clerical skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional guest service

Job Duties

  • Take orders for and serve food and beverage requests using suggestive selling techniques
  • Clear tables during service and ensure quick table turnover
  • Provide direct service to guests including busing tables and seating guests
  • Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and maintain cleanliness of dining areas and equipment
  • Control guest checks and secure proper payment including general clerical/cashier duties
  • Maintain compliance with food handling certification and Nevada Alcohol Card requirements
  • Adhere to attendance and scheduling policies and support operational efficiency
