Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
- Must meet state specific age requirements to serve alcoholic beverages
- Three years experience as a Barista or two years experience as a bartender preferred
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures
- Strong customer service orientation
- Able to work flexible hours
- Must comply with Florida’s background screening process if applicable
Job Qualifications

- Experience as a Barista for three years preferred
- Experience as a bartender for two years preferred
- Ability to meet state specific age requirements to serve alcoholic beverages
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Act as bartender and server for the Bistro, lobby (if applicable) and lounge areas
- Follow established policies, procedures and core service standards
- Assist with food preparation as directed or needed
- Organize, order, stock and serve food and beverage in the Bistro and adjoining areas such as the lobby or lounge
