Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work varying schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in both cold (freezer) and hot (kitchen) environments
- Compliance with company policies and regulations
- Ability to operate point of sale systems
Job Qualifications
- Food handling certification
- Valid Nevada Alcohol Card
- Proven experience in a food and beverage service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, skillfully using suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and revenue
- Clear tables during service and ensure quick table turnover
- Provide direct service to guests as needed, including busing tables and seating guests
- Ensure station and table set-ups are complete
- Perform various side duties as assigned by the Outlet Supervisor
- Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment
- Control guest checks and secure proper payment, including performing general clerical/cashier duties
