Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work varying schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work in both cold (freezer) and hot (kitchen) environments
  • Compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Ability to operate point of sale systems

Job Qualifications

  • Food handling certification
  • Valid Nevada Alcohol Card
  • Proven experience in a food and beverage service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Basic math and cash handling skills

Job Duties

  • Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, skillfully using suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and revenue
  • Clear tables during service and ensure quick table turnover
  • Provide direct service to guests as needed, including busing tables and seating guests
  • Ensure station and table set-ups are complete
  • Perform various side duties as assigned by the Outlet Supervisor
  • Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment
  • Control guest checks and secure proper payment, including performing general clerical/cashier duties
