Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
  • Ability to read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print)
  • Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • No prior experience is required but is preferred
  • Ability to provide friendly and attentive customer service
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare excellent food and beverage products for our guests
  • Be proactive to the needs of our guests by suggestive selling food and beverage
  • Assist in food prep for special events/ banquets
  • Follow property control audit standards and cash handling procedures
  • Take accurate orders and partner with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations
  • Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return
  • Complete restaurant opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
  • Clean all equipment areas, locking equipment doors, etc.
  • Set up stock and maintain work areas
  • Take orders from customers, input orders in micros, and obtain payment
  • Prepare food, coffee and other beverages, including alcohol
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
