Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
  • meet state specific age requirements to serve alcoholic beverages
  • three years experience as a barista or two years experience as a bartender preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • excellent customer service skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Act as bartender and server for the Bistro, lobby and lounge areas
  • follow established policies, procedures and core service standards
  • assist with food preparation as directed or needed
  • organize, order, stock and serve food and beverage in the Bistro and adjoining areas
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
  • provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
  • comply with state-specific age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
