Job Requirements
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- Always provide friendly service with a smile to guests
- Flexible schedule with availability days, nights, holidays, and weekend based on the demands of the hotel
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out at the scheduled shift ending time unless otherwise directed by immediate manager
- Must clock in/out for breaks at the designated time on schedule
- Must provide sufficient notice as directed by supervisor when calling out for a scheduled shift
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred

- Ability to operate POS systems
- Basic knowledge of food safety and beverage preparation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Greet guests and give a clear and correct description of food and beverage options
- Deliver hot to order items from kitchen to tables
- Input orders into computer and secure accurate payment
- Prepare coffee as well as other specialized drinks
- Clear, clean, and reset tables for dining as needed
- Observe diners and respond to requests
- Complete daily inventory prep sheet and other side work allowable by labor rules
- Knowledge and familiarity of current food and beverage offerings
- Escort guests to tables as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies and procedures
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas
- Demonstrate knowledge of hours and available amenities of the hotel
