Job Qualifications
- Food and beverage experience
- work experience in customer service in the hospitality field
- experience with hotel operation systems
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and sanitized prep cooler
- work multiple roles all in one shift as a cook, server, bartender, barista, and banquet server
- practice standards of cleanliness and food handling
- properly use all chemicals and equipment per manufacturer's guidelines
- set up and maintain all food and beverage items during any hours of food service, meeting room, and/or special guest functions ensuring proper amounts and temperature
- strictly adhere to company policies and procedures with regard to serving alcoholic beverages, wine and beer
- upon completion of food service, clean up the area in accordance with standards and procedures
- carry out any reasonable request by management
