Job Qualifications

  • Food and beverage experience
  • work experience in customer service in the hospitality field
  • experience with hotel operation systems

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean, stocked, and sanitized prep cooler
  • work multiple roles all in one shift as a cook, server, bartender, barista, and banquet server
  • practice standards of cleanliness and food handling
  • properly use all chemicals and equipment per manufacturer's guidelines
  • set up and maintain all food and beverage items during any hours of food service, meeting room, and/or special guest functions ensuring proper amounts and temperature
  • strictly adhere to company policies and procedures with regard to serving alcoholic beverages, wine and beer
  • upon completion of food service, clean up the area in accordance with standards and procedures
  • carry out any reasonable request by management
