Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service management preferred
- ServSafe Manager certification
- Allergen training
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of relevant food service laws and regulations
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work full-time day shift with rotating weekends and holidays

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, develop, implement, and interpret program goals and objectives
- Knowledge of food service laws, regulations, and guidelines governing dietary functions in nursing care facilities and food service establishments
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff
Job Duties
- Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the functioning of the Bistro and its programs
- Prepare and deliver an EPIC food and beverage service program while maximizing customer satisfaction
- Assist in coordinating food-related activities with other departments
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and implementing written Bistro policies and procedures
- Perform administrative duties such as completing forms, reports, evaluations, and studies to assure control of equipment and supplies
- Assist in the supervision of Bistro personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance
