Job Requirements

  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Availability required on weekends and for various shifts throughout the week
  • Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift 35-50 lbs without assistance

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in low-volume store management
  • Preferred multi-unit food and beverage or merchandise operations experience
  • SERV Safe Certification preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to meet payroll and HR documentation deadlines
  • Friendly, professional demeanor
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Direct and oversee daily bistro operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and sanitation
  • Train and support team members to maintain excellent service and safety standards
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and local laws
  • Create staff schedules, manage electronic timecards, and approve payroll
  • Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements as needed
  • Operate kitchen equipment including grill, fryer, oven, and sandwich station and assist in prep and production
  • Resolve operational challenges and guide team members in complex situations
