Job Duties

Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
Ascertain dining and lodging needs, seat guests, and manage the seating chart
Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
Perform opening and closing duties as needed
Take and maintain reservations and guest information using the Open Table reservation system
Process and package to-go orders
Assist others with side work including cleaning and stocking
Support fellow team members and other departments to maintain positive working relationships
Clean and maintain menus
Write daily specials
