- Previous cash handling experience
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Operates a cash register
- collects cash, credit/debit, comps and room charge payments from guests
- greets and escorts guests to dining tables
- performs duties according to proper service etiquette and company and departmental standards
- responds to customers' special requests or complaints
- informs the supervisor on duty
- counts money and balances bank with cage
- completes and submits transaction reports and documentation
- answers phones
- directs calls and/or provides dining information upon request
- provides service to internal and external customers reflecting company culture of satisfaction, togetherness, appreciation and recognition
- reports any internal control or state regulation violations related to gaming activity immediately
