Job Duties
- Operates a cash register
- Collects cash, credit/debit, comps and room charge payments from guests
- Greets and escorts guests to dining tables
- Performs duties according to proper service etiquette and company and departmental standards
- Responds to customers’ special requests or complaints
- informs the supervisor on duty
- Counts money and balances bank with cage
- Completes and submits transaction reports and documentation
- Answers phones
- directs calls and/or provides dining information upon request
- Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of satisfaction, togetherness, appreciation and recognition (S.T.A.R.)
- Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any internal control or state regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware
- Provides guests the F&B outlets hours of operation and information related to casino/resort events
- Provides room service
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
