- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and warmly
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-in guests using OpenTable
- Escort guests to tables and present menus
- Maintain an organized and clean host stand and lobby area
- Communicate wait times clearly and accurately
- Monitor dining room flow and seat guests to balance server sections
- Answer telephone calls professionally and assist with guest inquiries
- Take and manage take-out and room service orders
- Work closely with management and service staff to ensure efficient service
- Follow all company, departmental, and health and safety policies
- Perform opening, closing, and side duties as assigned
- Promote a positive and cooperative team environment
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance
