Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management in written and verbal form
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Demonstrate competence in fundamentals of cooking and professional terminology
  • Ability to develop culinary and beverage products in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to achieve desired outcomes on time and within budget
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Must be detail oriented with ability to prioritize multiple objectives in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to design and deploy food or beverage training
  • Professional appearance, language skills and demeanor
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks related to kitchen operations
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks as required

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary arts degree
  • Minimum five years of progressively responsible culinary leadership experience
  • Strong business acumen with ability to analyze financial reports
  • Competence in cooking fundamentals and professional terminology
  • Ability to develop culinary and beverage products in high-volume settings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to design and deploy food and beverage training
  • Detail oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of current culinary trends and consumer preferences
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties

  • Oversee creative development of new menu items and drive menu concept ideations
  • Explore new culinary techniques and presentations
  • Supervise restaurant production kitchens and conduct daily quality audits
  • Build and mentor a high-performance culinary team
  • Collaborate with management and marketing teams on promotional and operational strategies
  • Develop annual business plans aligned with financial targets
  • Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety standards
