Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or culinary environment preferred
- Ability to multitask efficiently with little direction
- Willingness to work weekends
- Commitment to upholding food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as grills and ovens
- Availability for part-time weekend shifts
- Passion for hospitality and senior engagement

Job Duties
- Represent the community in a warm and inviting manner which creates a positive marketing environment
- Support creating a culture where business decisions and employee engagement drive top-line revenue and occupancy
- Prepare hot and cold food lines, operate grill, Merry Chef oven, and air fryer for breakfast and lunch items
- Prep salads, grab-and-go items, and sandwiches
- Stock, restock, and rotate supplies
- Provide the Sous Chef with ordering needs
- Maintain community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational organization
- Adhere to food quality, appearance and presentation standards always
