Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous culinary or kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and competently with little direction
  • Availability to work part-time on weekends
  • Commitment to adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to lift and move kitchen supplies as needed
  • Willingness to comply with vaccination status inquiries as required

Job Duties

  • Represent the community in a warm and inviting manner
  • Support creating a culture where business decisions and employee engagement drive top-line revenue and occupancy
  • Prepare hot and cold food lines, operate grill, Merry Chef oven, and air fryer for breakfast and lunch
  • Prep salads, grab & go items, and sandwiches
  • Stock, restock, and rotate supplies
  • Provide sous chef with items that need to be ordered
  • Maintain community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational organization
  • Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards
