- Open availability including days, nights, and weekends
- Ability to work holiday coverage except Christmas with flexibility for alternate days off

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years cooking experience in high-volume restaurant or bistro environment
- Knowledge of cooking methods including sautéing and grilling
- Culinary Arts degree preferred
- Local board of Health ServSafe Certification preferred
Job Duties
- Assist in preparation, cooking, and storage of food
- Deliver food products according to restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
