Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude
- Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- Minimum of 6 months Line Cook experience in banquet, catering, café, or bistro
- Proven success with basic culinary skills such as knife handling, accurate measurements and cooking methods
- Ability to work assigned shifts including early morning, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
- All offers of employment are conditional based on the successful completion of a State and Federal criminal background check, drug screen, job related physical and TB test

Job Duties
- Prepare, cook and serve high-quality, fresh food promptly and courteously
- Maintain the Bistro's readiness including flatware, condiments, and beverages
- Create decorative food displays
- Ensure food quality, freshness and adequate supply throughout the day
- Promote resident and guest participation and accommodate special requests
- Monitor and manage Bistro supplies and stock levels
- Assist with kitchen and restaurant tasks including setup, service and cleanup as needed
- Adhere to health department regulations and company sanitation standards
- Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction
