- High School Diploma or GED certificate preferred
- National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation for ServSafe Protection Certification required or must obtain within first 6 to 12 months and maintain
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently

Job Duties
- Provides set up and food preparation in accordance to standardized recipes
- prepares pizza, salads, appetizers, and a variety of burgers or other menu items as requested by customers
- records dish machine temperatures
- obtains maximum food quality and quantity control in accordance with guidelines and standard recipes
- based on operational needs may rotate to cafeteria or main kitchen as assigned
- performs food service worker functions daily
