Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED certificate preferred
  • National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation for ServSafe Protection Certification required or must obtain within first 6 to 12 months and maintain
  • ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
  • effective verbal and written communications
  • customer service and hospitality oriented
  • attention to detail with appropriate follow through
  • ability to work effectively as a team member
  • ability to establish effective relationships within a multi-cultural environment

Job Duties

  • Provides set up and food preparation in accordance to standardized recipes
  • prepares pizza, salads, appetizers, and a variety of burgers or other menu items as requested by customers
  • records dish machine temperatures
  • obtains maximum food quality and quantity control in accordance with guidelines and standard recipes
  • based on operational needs may rotate to cafeteria or main kitchen as assigned
  • performs food service worker functions daily
