Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
- ServSafe Protection Certification required or must obtain within first 6 to 12 months
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- effective verbal and written communications
- customer service and hospitality-oriented
- attention to detail with appropriate follow through
- ability to work effectively as a team member
- ability to establish effective relationships within a multi-cultural environment

Job Duties
- Provides set up and food preparation in accordance to standardized recipes
- prepares pizza, salads, appetizers, and a variety of burgers or other menu items as requested by customers
- records dish machine temperatures
- obtains maximum food quality and quantity control in accordance with guidelines and standard recipes
- rotates to cafeteria or main kitchen as assigned based on operational needs
