Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED certificate preferred
  • National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation ServSafe Protection Certification required or must obtain within first 6 to 12 months and maintain throughout employment
  • ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently

  • ability to establish effective relationships within a multi-cultural environment

Job Duties

  • Provide set up and food preparation in accordance to standardized recipes
  • prepare pizza, salads, appetizers, and a variety of burgers or other menu items as requested by customers
  • record dish machine temperatures
  • obtain maximum food quality and quantity control in accordance with guidelines and standard recipes
  • rotate to cafeteria or main kitchen based on operational needs
