- High School Diploma or GED certificate preferred
- National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation ServSafe Protection Certification required or must obtain within first 6 to 12 months and maintain throughout employment

Job Duties
- Provide set up and food preparation in accordance to standardized recipes
- prepare pizza, salads, appetizers, and a variety of burgers or other menu items as requested by customers
- record dish machine temperatures
- obtain maximum food quality and quantity control in accordance with guidelines and standard recipes
- rotate to cafeteria or main kitchen based on operational needs
