Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and items
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while supporting company values
- Greeting guests by offering water service and non-alcoholic beverages
- Serving drinks on a tray
- Busing tables by wiping table, chairs and booth seats after guests' meals
- Inspecting entire floor area for cleanliness
- Re-setting tables and inspecting silverware for cleanliness
- Working with Food Servers to meet guest satisfaction
- Assisting Food Servers and Bartenders with running food and beverages
- Ensuring side stations are well stocked and clean
- Informing manager of any team member or guest opportunities
