Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- prior restaurant or bar experience
- availability to work weekends and second shifts
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- willingness to comply with safety and health regulations
- completion of TIPS training
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Engage guests and start conversations
- recognize intoxicated guests and cease service
- assist servers as needed
- set up and break down bistro area following checklists
- know menu items and ingredients
- maintain QA and health department standards including logs
- communicate effectively with management and team
- follow AHC safety and green policies
- participate in department meetings
- use suggestive selling techniques
- maintain cleanliness in bistro and public areas
- answer telephone and manage room service orders
- attend TIPS training and card guests as required
