Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • related experience and/or training
  • ability to stand and walk regularly
  • ability to use hands and fingers to handle objects
  • ability to reach with hands and arms frequently
  • ability to talk, hear, taste, and smell regularly
  • occasional ability to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
  • specific vision abilities including close, distance, and peripheral vision
  • weekend availability
  • ability to work 2nd shift hours

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • engage guests and start conversations
  • recognize intoxicated guests and manage service accordingly
  • assist servers when needed
  • create a team environment in the bistro
  • set up and breakdown the bistro following daily checklists
  • know and understand menu items and ingredients
  • maintain quality assurance and health department standards
