Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- related experience and/or training
- ability to stand and walk regularly
- ability to use hands and fingers to handle objects
- ability to reach with hands and arms frequently
- ability to talk, hear, taste, and smell regularly
- occasional ability to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- specific vision abilities including close, distance, and peripheral vision
- weekend availability
- ability to work 2nd shift hours
Job Qualifications

- ability to communicate effectively
- knowledge of Marriott drink standards

Job Duties
- engage guests and start conversations
- recognize intoxicated guests and manage service accordingly
- assist servers when needed
- create a team environment in the bistro
- set up and breakdown the bistro following daily checklists
- know and understand menu items and ingredients
- maintain quality assurance and health department standards
