Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of food service experience in a casual dining environment or related experience
- Ability to work Saturdays from 6 AM to 2 PM
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and cleaning
- Good communication and customer service skills

- Two years of food service experience in a casual dining environment or related experience
- Ability to follow recipes and preparation techniques
- Competence in operating POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Prepare and sell a variety of coffee drinks
- Follow recipes and preparation techniques for espresso, café latte, cappuccino and other types of coffee drinks
- Prepare foods such as sandwiches, pizzas and salads
- Prepare grab and go items such as sandwiches, salads various snack items
- Operate POS (point-of-sale) system to process orders and charge accounts
- Maintain cleanliness of the Bistro and work areas throughout the day
- Wash and sanitize Bistro dishes
- Sanitize work areas, utensils and equipment
- Ensure compliance of food safety and handling policies
- Maintain inventories by ensuring coffee bean and brewing supplies are replenished
- Assist with ordering inventory by monitoring supplies and equipment
- Notify Executive Chef of expected shortages
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested
