Job Requirements
- Two years of food service experience in a casual dining environment or related experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work part-time approximately 8 hours per week
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
Job Qualifications

- Two years of food service experience in a casual dining environment or related experience
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a food preparation area
- Basic inventory management skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and sell a variety of coffee drinks
- Follow recipes and preparation techniques for espresso, cafe latte, cappuccino and other types of coffee drinks
- Prepare foods such as sandwiches, pizzas and salads
- Prepare grab and go items such as sandwiches, salads and various snack items
- Operate POS system to process orders and charge accounts
- Maintain cleanliness of the Bistro and work areas throughout the day
- Wash and sanitize Bistro dishes
- Sanitize work areas, utensils and equipment
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies
- Maintain inventories by ensuring coffee bean and brewing supplies are replenished
- Assist with ordering inventory by monitoring supplies and equipment
- Notify Executive Chef of expected shortages
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
