Job Requirements
- Previous Courtyard Bistro experience or similar food outlet experience (e.g. Panera, Starbucks) preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- friendly, outgoing, customer service-oriented personality
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- accuracy and attention to detail
- problem solving and decision making skills
- hands-on experience with cash register and POS systems
- able to work in a fast paced environment
- ability to read and process orders as they appear on the screen
- Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain certification
- must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks when needed

Job Duties
- Cleans, sets up, stocks, and maintains work areas
- takes customer orders, inputs orders into order system, obtains payment and provides change
- prepares coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages, including alcohol (during PM shifts)
- prepares food in a timely manner, according to brand standards, using a rapid cook/hybrid oven
- provides assistance in food & beverage areas including busing, cleaning and resetting tables
- performs general cleaning of food & beverage prep areas and other areas within the lobby area
- counts bank at end of shift, completes designated cashier reports, resolves any discrepancies, drops off receipts, and secures bank
- other duties as assigned by management
