Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older to fulfill bartending duties
- Previous food handling and serving experience is required
- Previous bartending experience is required
- Ability to work Fridays Saturdays and Sundays evenings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as cleaning and stocking
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food handling serving experience
- Previous bartending experience
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Positive interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools cleaning all equipment and areas locking equipment doors etc
- Set up stock and maintain work areas
- Take orders from customers handle transactions
- Prepare food coffee and other beverages including alcohol
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality standards presentation standards and food preparation checklist
- Provide assistance in Food and Beverage areas including busing cleaning and resetting tables delivering food to guests general cleaning of food and beverage prep areas and other areas within the lobby area
- Count bank at end of shift complete designated cashier reports resolve any discrepancies drop off receipts and secure bank
