Job Requirements

Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
Always provide friendly service with a smile to guests
Flexible schedule with availability for days, nights, holidays, and weekends
Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out at scheduled shift ending time unless directed
Never work while clocked out
Must clock in/out for breaks at designated times
Must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift

Job Qualifications

Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchise preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
Provide friendly service with a smile
Flexible schedule with availability for days, nights, holidays, and weekends
Punctual and reliable with clocking in and out procedures
Effective communication skills in English
Ability to perform physical demands including standing and walking for long periods
Knowledge of food safety and handling

Job Duties

Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
Use guests' names to make them feel welcomed
Work with team members to achieve great guest satisfaction scores
Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
Support all groups and events at the hotel
Use relevant technology effectively
Answer incoming calls with friendly service using approved greeting
Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
Greet guests while cleaning with a smile
Complete operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
Ensure accurate and timely shift handover reports
Wear clean, approved uniform and maintain grooming standards
Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to stretch beyond traditional roles
Work collaboratively to create a welcoming and positive environment
Provide prompt and friendly food and beverage service
Take food and beverage orders and serve food accurately
Deliver hot to order items quickly from kitchen to tables
Input orders and complete payment transactions using POS systems
Prepare coffee and other specialized drinks
Clear, clean, and reset tables for dining
Observe diners and respond to requests
Complete daily inventory prep sheets and side work
Maintain knowledge of current food and beverage menu
Escort guests to tables as needed
Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies
Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and surrounding areas
Demonstrate knowledge of hotel hours and amenities
