Job Requirements
- Food Manager certification or successful completion of Philz Coffee Food Manager certification within 30 days of employment
- Ability to operate a variety of machines, tools, and equipment
- Visual acuity for safety and accuracy
- Ability to remain stationary for at least 3 hours
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and kneel
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently and 3 pounds repetitively to shoulder height
- Ability to grasp, finger, and reach
- Ability to express or exchange information verbally
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years experience managing a fast-paced, high volume customer service business
- Experience managing financial health of retail operations including P&L oversight
- Ability to create an inclusive and dynamic team environment
- Strong business acumen
- Proven ability to recruit, motivate, train and retain a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
