Job Description
This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise located in Pilot Mountain, North Carolina. While this restaurant operates under the globally recognized McDonald's brand, it's important to note that it is run by a separate franchisee company with full control over employment decisions and day-to-day operations. This franchisee has a license to use McDonald’s logos, branding, and food products but is distinct from McDonald's USA. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Prepare all of McDonald's world famous food
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
