Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event hosting preferred
- Experience working with children or in a recreational setting is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for creating fun experiences
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and actively engage with guests for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Must be comfortable working in environments with loud noise, bright lights, and large groups of children
- Work is performed in a lively, family-oriented entertainment or water park setting
- May involve working weekends, evenings, and holidays depending on party schedules

Job Duties
- Greet and assist birthday families and guests upon arrival
- Serve as the primary host for the party, managing the schedule and flow of activities
- Communicate clearly with parents, children, and guests to ensure all needs are met
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, energetic, and professional attitude
- Prepare the party area before each event, including decorations, table settings, and supplies
- Ensure food, beverages, and cake are presented according to party standards
- Clean and reset the party space promptly after each event to prepare for the next group
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout all guest areas during the party
- Lead games, activities, and entertainment to engage party guests and create a fun environment
- Assist with the timing and coordination of activities, including meal service, cake cutting, and gift opening
- Ensure safety and supervision of children during all activities
- Follow all company safety policies and ensure guests adhere to park or facility rules
- Report any safety concerns, accidents, or incidents to management immediately
- Maintain a safe environment for all guests and staff members
- Work collaboratively with food service, entertainment, and management teams to ensure seamless party execution
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding schedules, supplies, and any guest concerns
- Participate in pre- and post-shift meetings to discuss event details and performance
- Monitor inventory of party supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
- Assist with other guest events or special programs as directed by management
- Support overall facility operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas
