Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a kitchen environment
- Ability to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Physical ability to perform kitchen tasks including standing for long periods
- Willingness to follow company policies and safety guidelines
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members

- Experience working all kitchen stations including prep, line cook, expo, and dishwashing
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior experience in a similar back of house role
Job Duties
- Support kitchen and front of house in cleanliness and quality of food preparation
- Work all kitchen stations including prep, line cook, expo, and dishwashing
- Provide timely preparation of food products in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless kitchen operations
- Inspire and influence others to deliver excellence
- Ensure adherence to company food safety policies and procedures
