Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to walk and or stand for the entire work shift
  • willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
  • ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs., occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
  • fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens
  • one or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role

Job Duties

  • answer phones and greet all visitors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
  • assist donors with appointments and create or pull donor record files
  • provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
  • maintain orderly filing system and purge records
  • report to center management team on operational opportunities for improvement
  • initiate changes to center processes following company procedures
