Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for entire work shift
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 pounds with occasional lifting up to 32 pounds and rare lifting up to 50 pounds
- Fine motor coordination and depth perception
- Ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Willingness to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to bloodborne pathogen exposure
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer or patient facing role

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to adhere to center policies and procedures
- Willingness to work in a healthcare environment with exposure to bloodborne pathogens
Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet all visitors to the facility including new and repeat donors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- Assist donors with appointments
- create or pull donor record files
- Provide customer service to donors (external) and fellow employees (internal)
- Maintain orderly filing system, purging records
- Report to center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement
- Initiate changes to center processes through use of company approved procedures
