Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- high school diploma or GED
- must possess or be able to obtain a valid ABO card
- must possess or be able to attain a valid Responsible Vendor Server Permit
- must possess or be able to attain a Louisiana Racing License
- must present a well groomed appearance
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of all beverages and ingredients used in a typical bar operation
- ability to ring up all products in accordance with policy
- ability to pass a standard Mixology certification
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- knowledge of basic math skills to understand and properly use Micros
- ability to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
Job Duties
- maintain stock levels and cleanliness of the bar area
- remove waste and ensure general cleaning duties
- fill in as bartender when needed
- promote outstanding guest relations
- complete all opening, running, and closing duties as assigned
- work additional hours on short notice to accommodate staffing needs
- follow all local and state liquor laws applicable to the operation
