Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain or possess a valid ABO card
  • Ability to obtain or attain a valid Responsible Vendor Server Permit
  • Ability to obtain or attain a Louisiana Racing License
  • Must present a well groomed appearance
  • Ability to work varying schedules to meet business needs
  • Ability to work under extreme pressure
  • Physical ability to lift or move goods up to 200 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for periods exceeding 8 hours
  • Ability to work in both smoking and non-smoking environments

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Able to possess or obtain a valid ABO card
  • Able to possess or attain a valid Responsible Vendor Server Permit
  • Able to possess or attain a Louisiana Racing License
  • Present a well groomed appearance
  • Knowledge of all beverages and ingredients used in a typical bar operation
  • Ability to ring up all products in accordance with policy
  • Ability to pass a standard mixology certification
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain the cleanliness and stock of the bar areas
  • Remove waste and perform general cleaning duties as required
  • Fill in as bartender when needed
  • Complete all opening, running, and closing duties as assigned by management
  • Promote outstanding guest relations
  • Work additional hours on short notice as requested by management
  • Follow all local and state liquor laws applicable to the operation
