Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain or possess a valid ABO card
- Ability to obtain or attain a valid Responsible Vendor Server Permit
- Ability to obtain or attain a Louisiana Racing License
- Must present a well groomed appearance
- Ability to work varying schedules to meet business needs
- Ability to work under extreme pressure
- Physical ability to lift or move goods up to 200 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for periods exceeding 8 hours
- Ability to work in both smoking and non-smoking environments
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to possess or obtain a valid ABO card
- Able to possess or attain a valid Responsible Vendor Server Permit
- Able to possess or attain a Louisiana Racing License
- Present a well groomed appearance
- Knowledge of all beverages and ingredients used in a typical bar operation
- Ability to ring up all products in accordance with policy
- Ability to pass a standard mixology certification
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness and stock of the bar areas
- Remove waste and perform general cleaning duties as required
- Fill in as bartender when needed
- Complete all opening, running, and closing duties as assigned by management
- Promote outstanding guest relations
- Work additional hours on short notice as requested by management
- Follow all local and state liquor laws applicable to the operation
