Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- maintain professionalism and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- professional appearance as outlined in the Team Member Handbook
- able to work independently and as part of a team
- record of satisfactory performance and reliability in prior and current employment
- availability to work required schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
- able to respond to visual and aural cues
- proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
- capable of bending, reaching, kneeling, gripping items
- able to walk and stand for long periods (8-12 hours)
- able to operate under mentally and physically stressful situations
- tolerate environments with secondary smoke, high noise, bright lights, and dust
- able to meet Department of Labor level two or light work requirements involving exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently

Job Duties
- Assist guests with cashier and floor purchases
- validate bingos
- facilitate games
- verify and complete payouts
- answer guest questions
- maintain paperwork
- handle high-volume guest interactions with an outgoing and cheerful demeanor
- build guest relations by welcoming guests and encouraging repeat visits
- observe activity within assigned area while completing work assignments
- be knowledgeable of various bingo game types
- handle routine guest disputes with discretion
- utilize open body language to communicate willingness to assist
- maintain monetary and paperwork accuracy
- assist in maintaining a clean and organized hall
- adhere to regulatory and company policies ethically
- utilize suspicious activity reporting when necessary
- perform other duties as assigned
